Pikachu learns Electro Ball at lv.18
so that means Ash has been either poorly training his pikachu, or they are erasing all of pikachu’s previous experience through every other region he’s been in. Pokemon is so confusing. Pikachu should have no problem taking out lv.5 pokemon. JUST SAYIN!
